Winn Group has the pleasure of welcoming Melissa to the HR team.
Melissa, who will support the team in the role of HR Assistant, has found herself drawn to HR since starting an apprenticeship on leaving school, saying;
"I knew from then on it was HR I wanted to work in and study."
This proved to be the right decision when she found herself working with a great company and team in her first permanent role, making the job both enjoyable and fulfilling.
With experience spanning both private and public sector roles, Melissa has a particular interest in employee relations and recruitment, both of which will be within her areas of responsibility at Winn Group. She also loves the variety that comes with working in an HR department and will be on hand to provide support with recruitment, onboarding, policy and procedural advice, as well as general day to day HR queries.
When asked what appealed to her about the Winn Group role, Melissa replied;
"I could tell from the interview that I would be working with a wonderful team in a reputable and well-known company – what more could you ask for?"
