Clint Milnes Joins the Senior Management Team

Winns welcomes Head of Change Management, Clint Milnes, to the firm. A key appointment, Clint has joined the senior management team in order to further develop processes throughout the business, in light of recent changes within the industry.

Clint, from Monkseaton, brings more than 15 years of experience as a practicing solicitor to the newly created role. He was previously head of personal injury and clinical negligence at Browell Smith & Co where he was also responsible for all aspects of ICT throughout the organisation.

Clint said;

My knowledge and expertise in creating case management systems and reporting, implementing and writing procedures for all aspects of litigation coupled with my background as a practising solicitor will enable me to marry together legal and ICT processes to further improve our already extremely effective approach and processes.”

Over the coming months, Clint will be working alongside directors and the senior team to explore options to develop its services, target new markets and identify additional revenue streams. Clint has direct responsibility for the IT and Process team.
