We’re delighted to announce that Investors in People has awarded Winn Solicitors the We invest in people, silver accreditation.
This is a fantastic achievement, with Silver status only being achieved by 15% of assessed organisations.
It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and our leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation feels the effects!
There were many positive statements in the assessor’s report, including:
- Demonstrable evidence of self-improvement
- Vast majority of indicators hitting silver standard and some at gold
- Outstanding achievement
- Highest development areas in management/team leaders – first line support and encouragement
- Other high areas of recognition included: innovation, core values, trust and support
